They don't have a proper seller support and I used their platform for almost 2 months and the experience is really bad. Even for the cases with the FAKE remarks they don't have a proper solution, you keep providing the proofs the shipment will be marked undelivere... and later on RTO. And for some very genuine case where customer clearly said that they didn't received any call from the delivery boy and for every FAKE attempt I provided them the VOC but it was still marked as RTO and when I asked for the refund no answer from the team. You keep mailing them they won't revert. For one of my shipment pickup was done on 16th august and till now it is in transit and I asked my POC for the refund he said he is arranging it but till now I haven't received the refund. There are a few other shipments that took more than 1 month for the delivery but imagine after 1 month also fake attempts, and when asked for refund they have no answer. Guys, there are better platform in the marked please prefer them.
