DO NOT USE THIS APP. Worst customer service in the history. Long shipping time. Gives you a daily excuse on why your item isn't shipped yet. After digging deeper, I realized their items are shipped from CHINA while pretending to be from US. BE AWARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. They are not transparent about their shipping at all.
NTO Sports is very excited to work with Fuel for all its Apparel needs. They have time and time again shown me that they are my right choice. The customer service they provide is excellent.
I highly recommend this POD company. The app is pretty simple to use, and we have many satisfied customers who have purchased t-shirts printed by Fuel POD. Issues don't happen often, but when there has been an issue, they are great to work with ensuring a satisfied customer in the end. I cannot say the same of some other POD providers I have used.
I've been using Fuel on Shopify for months, and it’s been a game-changer for my store. Uploading designs and setting prices is super easy, even without much tech knowledge. The product variety is excellent, and the print quality is spot-on—vibrant colors and sharp details every time. Plus, customer service is top-notch, always responsive and helpful. If you're after a reliable, hassle-free print-on-demand partner, Fuel is one of the best options to go for.
This app is great and the merchandise is very affordable. I have been using the app for a number of years and they have never let me down yet. Customer service is top notch
I gave them 2 chances and they cancel orders without telling you leaving upset customers. They lock my account saying my own custom designs are trademark violations. Even though they are clearly not. I have recommended this app to a lot of customers but have now got them all using custom cat which is much better and has MUCH better customer service and USA products. AVOID FUEL!!!

I love Fuel the most among other apps I am using on shopify. When I narrow it down to print on demand apps that I have considered or am currently using, Fuel is best suited to my specific needs and I'd relying on these guys for most of print orders.

My store has been using Fuel for over 300 orders now, and, overall, I'm very happy to continue to use them. They are the cheapest and also the fastest fulfillment company I've used, sometimes shipping orders out within 2 business days, which, if you know anything about this industry is really good. While Printful still have better flat mockups than Fuel - Fuel are growing and improving all the time. Their support are friendly and their engineers get the job done if you have some technical issues. Overall, if you are looking to make your apparel store much more profitable than with Printful or Printify - Give Fuel a go, and start banking more profit ;)
