Customer service has been prompt and helpful in resolving the issues I was facing. I am a new seller and still learning the technical side of selling merch. But, thanks to Fuel team for the their patience, it has been an amazing experience so far.

User-friendly app. Very easy to size and place artwork. Mockups are also eye-catching and practical. If something goes wrong, customer service is readily available to help you out.

I've been using this app for quite a few months and they always exceed my expectations in terms of service and product quality. Minor issues do arise as in any other service but customer service at Fuel is quick to resolve them to ensure a smooth experience. Finally I have found the best partner to build and grow my print on demand business.

I gave them 2 chances and they cancel orders without telling you leaving upset customers. They lock my account saying my own custom designs are trademark violations. Even though they are clearly not. I have recommended this app to a lot of customers but have now got them all using custom cat which is much better and has MUCH better customer service and USA products. AVOID FUEL!!!

Mug sample was very low quality. Design was not centered. They told me they'll reprint the mug and in the same email stated that the image is copyrighted. the image is a screenshot of a tweet that i have permission to use. Also, if it was copyright flagged, why did you print it the 1st time? You get what you pay for with this supplier. Too many great POD suppliers on the app store to deal with this one. Only good thing with this company is the fast customer service. Horrible print quality. P.S. they have shipped out 3 mugs and 2 of them were low quality. 1 was in good shape.

My store has been using Fuel for over 300 orders now, and, overall, I'm very happy to continue to use them. They are the cheapest and also the fastest fulfillment company I've used, sometimes shipping orders out within 2 business days, which, if you know anything about this industry is really good. While Printful still have better flat mockups than Fuel - Fuel are growing and improving all the time. Their support are friendly and their engineers get the job done if you have some technical issues. Overall, if you are looking to make your apparel store much more profitable than with Printful or Printify - Give Fuel a go, and start banking more profit ;)
