This app has been a game-changer for our e-commerce business. It quickly and accurately flags suspicious orders, helping us reduce fraud risks significantly and not miss any legitimit orders we could have missed. Before I used that app, I lost A LOT of money on cases in chargebacks and cancelled many high &medium risks orders of based on Shopify analysis. Once I have started to use the app, I haven't lost even 1 case!!! 99% of the cases that I have were on high order values and with the help of FUGU, I have created rules that if an order is above $300 then, the app will send an SMS+Email to the customer for ID SCAN or Card Scan . When customers didn't send it, I knew that the order might be a fraud and I tried calling the customers. Customers who haven't answered their phone, I knew that they are fraud. Also, I really liked their customer service!

Beyond frustrating experience trying to get this app set up. The app does not check your existing orders and so I reached out to the support team who offered to manually check it for me. After several days of waiting and hearing nothing back, I reached out to them to find out what was happening and even though I was messaging the same person, I had to repeat all over again because they had no recollection of the conversation or the fact that they've left me waiting for my information. After being asked to repeat myself for the third time I uninstalled the app. Total waste of time and terrible support experience. I found the app itself is very basic and does little to enhance the existing Shopify fraud analysis not ideal if you're looking for something more robust.
