Too difficult to use and understand, not suitable for a simple order processing application. I tried two different applications, they process orders without tracking numbers.
Sorry for the experience you had. The app has option to allow fulfill with blank tracking number. If you like to give it a try, please reinstall the app and reach out to our support.
The app doesn't update financial status anymore. I sent a message to address the issue to which they replied but still, the app wasn't fixed, and they did not respond to me anymore. I liked the app before, wish they could fix it.
Dear customer, we finaly found a way to mark the order as paid. Please give it a try again.
