without payment, this app does not allow using it. (it should not market itself as a free app or app with free version available if it's not really free)

The page says it's free, but after downloading it shows that it's charged. I reported this problem, but they said: Ah, this is not our problem. I spent a lot of time with them to verify their errors, but got nothing and nothing was dealt with. The customer's problem is like a ball, a very bad experience, I will give my only bad review, it's terrible.

We want to assure you that we are fully compliant with Shopify’s guidelines and have no intention of misleading users. Our app listing clearly states that the app is paid and this is also reflected in the Shopify pricing section. Regarding your the screenshot: the word “free” appearing in lowercase! But in Shopify for all free apps it wrote from capital letter "Free". However, we understand how this may have caused confusion, and we’ve passed this observation to the Shopify team.
