One of our customers why his earned points expire after he lost them on November 1st? Sent an email to [email protected] and no response, why is there no live chat option in the app? Very disappointed.

The support team have been excellent. The team helped (or should i say set-up) the app to get it going until we organised a meeting where we could discuss all the features and how the app can be customised to the store. I would definitely recommend this app for a loyalty points based offering

This is the only app that has a membership system and point redemption at the same time. I hope it can continue to improve and get better and better. The service staff is very professional if they can reply and solve my problem at any time, I will love this app more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this app. Easy to use and not so much going on. Customer service is top tier. I had an issue with the app and my store not merging and the representative and owner did everything to fix the issue and get everything running for my store. Really love the app!

The best app I ever used, highly converting my website purchases, 20% increase in sales. Also great service, translated my entire app eventhough they didn't had translation by default. Highly recommend.
