I was dealing with an issue with the dynamic checkout button for about five hours, and it was really frustrating. To my surprise, they got back to me super quickly—just four minutes after I messaged them. It took about 30-40 minutes for them to track down the problem and fix it completely. They found the issue in a spot I never would’ve thought to look. Tony, in particular, was awesome. He walked me through everything step by step and explained it clearly. As a business owner, good support like this is a lifesaver, especially when something’s messing with your business.
