I’ve been successfully doing digital marketing since 1999 and have run businesses from 6 to 8 figures without a ton of stress. Over the years I’ve used just about every platform and page builder you can imagine. And honestly, I’ve never had support as good as I’ve had with GemPages. At this point, I wouldn’t even consider using another page builder. The speed of their support is insane. They’ve solved problems for me in minutes that would’ve easily taken me an entire day to troubleshoot myself, even using AI. More than once they looked at something I broke, fixed it fast, and even gave me the exact code so I understood how to repair it moving forward. Five stars honestly doesn’t feel like enough. If you’re thinking about using a page builder, start with GemPages. Easiest builder I’ve personally used and the support is absolutely top tier.

Tive uma experiência muito ruim! 2 dias editando minha landing page. Na edição está tudo perfeito, quando jogo o site no ar, está tudo desconfigurado. Uma tragédia.

top notch customer support, if you properly describe your issue they will come up with some serious solution I had problems with my product page loading time where the LCP content was being loaded after 18 seconds and the whole page loaded in 20 seconds they fixed it within 12 hours !!!

Although I have been setting up a few basic sites for myself for the last year, I wanted a few better templates to take one site up a notch. I really liked a few examples GemPages had but was struggling with a bit of the code to make certain items display in a particular way. Dzung jumped in and was able to help me navigate through an issue with Shopify syncing and then answer my questions about the product pages I was building. The direction was simple, the examples were what I was wanted, and I was able to get it all completed in the same day! Excellent customer service! I do hope that they make it easier to simply choose from lists of things like metafields in the future, but I was able to get what I needed fairly easily.

A reliable page builder with true responsive support via chat which never fails to assist when needed. Response times are quick and solutions are often achieved quite fast to be honest. If you're looking for a robust Shopify page builder with tons of features and easy to learn, GemPages is the way to go.

desinstale gempages y siguen cobrando, no hay forma de comunicarme con ustedes para solicitar el reembolso Solicito el reembolso del cargo de 14.50 USD correspondiente a GemPages, incluido en la factura 525051157 pagada el 4 de mayo de 2026. La app ya no está instalada en mi tienda y7qyc6-pj.myshopify.com y no encontré un canal de comunicación dentro de la app para gestionar este cobro. Solicito la revisión del cargo y la emisión de reembolso o crédito.

I find Gempages to be a very easy to use web building framework that requires zero coding knowledge to use well. Though what I'm most impressed with is their customer service. They really do try to help you in every way they can. I'm very happy with their service thus far.
