I had been delaying writing this review because my workload has been intense, but I couldn’t wait any longer. The customer support team has been exceptional. Every time I ask a question, they make sure they fully understand it. They even summarize what they’ve understood to confirm we’re aligned. Once validated, they take the time to go into my landing pages, analyze the issue directly, and send me clear, step-by-step solutions. They create personalized Loom videos and share resources so I can not only fix the issue, but improve future pages as well. I’ve worked for years in startups and scale-ups, closely with different support teams, and I have to say this team stands out. Their level of care and professionalism is impressive. They absolutely deserve five stars. I’ve been using GemPages for a couple of months now, and beyond the support, I’m very happy with the tool itself. It allows me to send cold traffic to highly specialized landing pages aligned with my ads, and it’s helping me convert and generate sales. This is a tool I know I’ll be using for a long time.
