I had a fantastic experience with Genie Product Options' customer service. Their team responded quickly and professionally to all my inquiries, providing clear and helpful answers. Robin went above and beyond to ensure that information was clear and made the entire process seamless. I wish every company has a Robin!

I recommend this App. The customer service is great. We had an issue and it was rectified within the day. These guys also created and new function within the app upon my request. I highly recommend them as they have been very helpful and an asset to our business. Keep up the good work!

This is the most useless app ever. It's certainly not working and the support team is unresponsive. I have 2 orders without necessary details because of the app.

It was all going so well until this app deleted two of my products on my Shopify store. Both of these products are customisable products with a ton of variants. It took me around a day to realise what had happened. Both products were completely erased from my store and has taken me hours and hours to rebuild, not to mention the amount of sales I have lost as a result. A serious security violation and therefore I do not trust this app.

We want to assure you that our app does not have a history of deleting products. In our extensive usage records, we have not encountered such an issue before. We are assuming that potential conflicts between these two apps might have contributed to the unintended outcome. To minimize the likelihood of compatibility issues, we advise using our app as a standalone solution. We're also pleased to inform you that we are actively exploring the feasibility of implementing the image upload feature you suggested. Developing and seamlessly integrating this feature into our app does require a certain amount of time to ensure its effectiveness. Great service, quick to respond, happy to help and this app helps show the selections upon checkout unlike others, for a seamless customer experience. Easy to create option sets for products and user friendly! Would highly recommend.

This application is severely deficient and lacks several features. Firstly, it lacks the option to apply variants to multiple products based on tags, vendors, or collections, which means that each product must be selected manually. This method is outdated and reminiscent of applications from the 19th century. Secondly, there is no option to adjust the swatch size beyond a small, barely visible circle. During my use of the application, I encountered issues where the page would continuously load and become unresponsive when attempting to add items to the cart, particularly when selecting a variant.

We have just started using the app, and it is amazing! We needed an app to assist us breaking down MTO products, and this app made it so simple! We tried several other applications, and they did not work at all. If you are looking for an application to breakdown MTO products, I highly recommend this app. You can an do simple price add-ons, and pair it with your product, INSTANTLY. I am so thankful for this application, it has been a time and money saver. I am able to coach myself through the process so far. We are still in the building phase, but I will be sure to follow up with an updated review once we are live.
