Ever since we installed Gentoo AI into our Shopify Store, we've seen an increase in our conversation. Customers are using Gentoo as the new search bar and I love that you can train Gentoo to upsell your products. The integration is seamless and allows you to make simple yet effective customization to the design. (we renamed our AI to Pengu-dono cuz why not). I also love seeing the conversations between customers and the AI as it provides us with a huge amount of insight to what customers are looking for. Working with the team behind Gentoo has also been delightful. They take feedback and apply those changes very quickly. Can't wait to see more growth from this company!

Gentoo has been great for helping answer simple questions customers have while shopping online, and with a little bit of training can handle more complex questions too. Cobb has been very helpful in getting everything set up and checking in to make sure everything is running smoothly.

It has been a solid experience working with Gentoo AI. Our store deals with a high volume of parts and constantly changing models of electric scooters. With our Penguin employee helping us, we are able to quickly and efficiently provide correct parts, info etc. to customers. This equates to fast answers and interactions that then help with sales. The AI points customers to the correct parts and product pages for purchase. Sales we might have lost if we were missing the chats when we are helping other customers. It even speaks different languages which is extremely helpful. Our Penguin employee takes the first steps in helping the online customer while we are then able to use our time better to tackle more in depth questions and customer service. The support has been great and they are fast to respond. They are constantly adding more and more features. Very happy to be on the ground floor and growing with this product. Time to get yourself a Penguin!
