We’ve worked with GermanDrop and Louis for a long time now and have shipped over 15,000 orders through them. In all that volume we’ve had just 2 refunds and around 10 returns. That says everything about their fulfillment accuracy and product quality. What sets them apart is the partnership. Louis is responsive, solves issues fast and thinks along with us as we scale into new markets. Communication is clear, processing is reliable, and we never have to chase them. If you’re looking for a 3PL you can build a long-term business on, GermanDrop is it. Highly recommended.
