Working with German Drop has been one of the best decisions we've made for our business, and a huge part of that comes down to our agent, Ashley. Ashley is incredibly responsive no matter the time or the question, she gets back to us fast and always with a clear answer. That alone changes everything when you're running an e-commerce business and every hour counts. What really sets her apart is her problem-solving. Whenever something comes up a supplier issue, a stock shortage, a shipping delay, a quality concern she doesn't just report the problem, she comes back with options. She'll source an alternative, negotiate with the factory, or find a workaround so our orders keep moving. We've never been left stuck. She's also genuinely invested in helping us grow. She suggests better suppliers, flags products worth testing, helps us improve packaging and product quality, and gives honest feedback when something isn't a good idea. She acts like a partner in the business, not just a service provider. And she's always available. Quick, clear communication, proactive updates on every order, and real follow-through from start to finish. That level of reliability is rare. If you're looking for a sourcing and fulfillment partner you can actually trust, German Drop delivers and if you get to work with Ashley, you're in excellent hands. Highly recommended. No problems so far with my journey using them. I've placed 3 orders so far, no returns, no complaints, and thankfully no chargebacks lol. That tells me the products were good and were received, I'm assuming. I've been in contact with Howard after finding him on Reddit. He walked me through everything, from setup to sourcing a specific product I was looking for. I will say he's a 10/10 when it comes to sourcing and helping you get set up. Other than that, I'll continue using them since I haven't had any issues, and the pricing is good, as is the shipping.

Howard from GermanDrop has been excellent at helping me fulfil my orders. He has been very proactive and makes sure there are no delays in my orders being sent out. The shipping times to the US have also been pretty quick averaging about 7 business days.
