Super good experience. I was told from a friend that I should try German Drop and it did not disappoint. I have been working with an agent named Kela and she always responding fast to anything. She also finds every product I ask in no time. Really nothing to complain about.

honestly one of the best supplier apps i’ve worked with on shopify. i’ve tested a few different suppliers before and germandrop has been the smoothest by far, especially when it comes to communication and support. my agent benson is genuinely the biggest reason i’m leaving this review. he’s always responsive, explains things clearly, and actually tries to help instead of giving copy paste answers. whenever i had questions about pricing, variants, order changes, or negotiating costs, he took the time to break everything down and work with me to find the best solution. it never felt rushed or annoying to ask questions. what i really appreciate is how flexible they are. if i made a mistake with an order or needed to adjust something last minute, benson helped fix it without making it a big problem. that kind of support matters a lot when you’re running a store and things move fast. shipping and order handling have been consistent, and the app itself is easy to use and connects cleanly with shopify. overall it just feels like they actually care about long term partnerships instead of just taking orders and disappearing. if you’re looking for a reliable supplier with real human support and good negotiation, i’d 100 percent recommend germandrop. shoutout to benson especially, great agent and solid guy to work with.

0000000000000 star. one of worst. scammers. after1 week of placing order they told the got product which is also defective and needs to delay. asked more payment for fast shipment. when i asked refund, they told refunded to paypal but nothing till today to my account. scam.. a lady Emily poor support...beware ..all other reviews may be paid one..truely scammers...go with CJ or Dsers best ...
