I had an outstanding experience with German Drop, and I especially want to praise Kela. She is far more than just support – she is a true assistant in the best sense of the word. Kela is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely caring. She doesn’t just answer questions; she anticipates needs, explains everything clearly, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfectly taken care of. I’ve been recently using Germans drop with kela and she has been very helpful, soon as orders come in they are fulfilled with tracking , gets very good offers and quick response, highly recommend

I only can recommend Kela as an Agent, she does her job perfectly without any mistakes, fast replies and awesome handling for anything that I need to know. I feel like I dont have do do anything anymore because she takes all work for me and I can focus more on my own things. Best Agent ever had.

GermanDrop is an easy to use once linked to your Shopify store. My account Rep, Benson, is awesome. He goes above and beyond to source the pricing of new products that I add to my store so that I am better able to set my pricing for a 2.5x-3.0x ROI. Once the items are sourced, the pricing is automatically set for each order so that I know how much I need to pay for the product and I can easily calculate my profits. They allow you to batch pay via PayPal or Wise. I have tried different suppliers and GermanDrop by far is the best supplier I have experienced so far.

ça fait un moment que je cherchais une application qui réponde à mes critères, et honnêtement je ne suis pas déçue ! J'ai découvert German Drop grâce à Fancy qui m'avait contactée par mail. J'ai ajouté cette appli, et je n'ai pas trouvé les produits que je voulais au départ mais en échangeant avec mon agent Fancy j'ai pu obtenir tous les produits que je cherchais, elle m'a fait un devis personnalisé pour tous, avec les options que je souhaitais , livraison rapide, sans MOQ pour commencer, packaging etc... Mon agent est top, elle répond rapidement à mes questions via whatsapp et , elle est très attentive à mes demandes. Je souhaite qu'on aille plus loin en personnalisant d'avantage au nom de ma marque, donc très belle collaboration. Pour Résumer je recommande vraiment cette application, si vous souhaitez offrir un service de qualité à vos prospects, de bons produits etc. Et merci encore à Fancy pour son travail et j'espère collaborer encore longtemps.
