GermanDrop est une application vraiment efficace pour gérer les commandes et le suivi. Tout fonctionne très bien et l’organisation est fluide. Un immense merci à Fancy, qui est exceptionnelle ! Elle est attentive tous les jours à nos commandes, nous informe en temps réel et propose de tout gérer de A à Z : • la logistique • la livraison • le contrôle qualité • et même la recherche de produits de meilleure qualité lorsque certains ne conviennent pas. Un support réactif, professionnel et vraiment humain. Je recommande à 100 % ! :-)

Super friendly and fast communication — they always reply quickly and actually care about helping. Shipping was fast, prices are great, and the products came in perfect condition. What I love most is that there are no hidden fees or subscriptions, and you can even start with no MOQ. Everything feels super easy and transparent. Got a vast experience on various fulfillment apps but German Drop is by far the easiest and got the best customer service in my personal opinion as a business owner.
