Benson from German Drop has outstanding customer service skills. I've gone through a lot of suppliers and was unhappy with them all until I found Benson. I've been working with him for a few weeks now but I feel like I've known him for a few years. He makes me feel special and he does whatever he can to help me and my customers get the best pricing. I hope to have a long business relationship with him and his company.

one of the best agents out there. really best prices, and they can literally source anything. My personal agent was Louis, and he did his job perfectly! I am really happy i use German Drop now instead of aliexpress

I've had an excellent experience using German drop. Hands down. They are the most user-friendly platform for product fulfillment I've ever encountered. The integration process was incredibly seamless and intuitive; I was fully set up in just 1 to 2 minutes! Special thanks to Benson, my account rep, who was courteous, knowledgeable, and impressively patient. Even with all my questions. He explained everything clearly and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I truly can't say enough about the outstanding support I received. Highly recommend German drop for anyone looking for a reliable and smooth drop shipping fulfillment experience!
