5 stars. If you're thinking about making the switch or you're looking for a good supplier, this is the company to go with! My account manager (Xylona) is so so helpful! Everything is shipped quickly, they can source just about anything, reasonably priced, and they have branding capabilities like tags and packaging. Exactly what I was looking for. I'm extremely happy with the service, but I must warn you, Germandrop- if ever my business makes it big time I might have to try and steal Xylona from you- she's an absolute gem who really goes above and beyond for me and my customers!

I’ve been using German Drop for a the past month now and honestly, I’m really impressed. Their customer support replies fast and helps out when you need it. I've been working with Louis these past few weeks and he is amazing. My orders get fulfilled extremely quickly, his response time is incredible, and he was able to source a product that no other supplier was able to source. I have been working with germandrop for over a year now and can confidently say that they are the best supplier out there. They always keep you informed about changes and never try to overcharge you (many suppliers do this). I have been personally working with Olivia and she is an amazing agent that always gets things done on time and correctly. The new portal they implemented is very good in getting good insights in your business aswell. Would give it 6 stars if possible.
