I have been working with germandrop for over a year now and can confidently say that they are the best supplier out there. They always keep you informed about changes and never try to overcharge you (many suppliers do this). I have been personally working with Olivia and she is an amazing agent that always gets things done on time and correctly. The new portal they implemented is very good in getting good insights in your business aswell. Would give it 6 stars if possible.

Our agent is good. We wish she was more proactive and could source more of the items we sell but overall we are fairly happy with the service and can recommend.

Great Supplier! My agent is Nico. He is very helpful and also super fast with quotation timing, quoting in less than 2 hours, or even within a few minutes! His professionalism, product knowledge, and also dedication to customers is amazing. This supplier also has great customer service, with fast response times, and are very friendly.
