I have to say that the support is very poor. They only respond during the sales promotions but are completely unresponsive otherwise. I advise everyone not to rush into subscribing until the support issues are resolved. The return of the funds, along with notification of service termination, is clear evidence of extortion rather than good faith. Accepting criticism is essential for improvement, and such actions reflect favoritism rather than a commitment to service excellence
