Total waste of time. Even basic features like data sync don't work, making the automation useless. To make matters worse, their tech head, Rajat, has a complete lack of technical knowledge. He can’t explain why the API fails or how to fix it. Save yourself the headache and avoid Getgabs.

I’ve had an excellent experience using Getgabs. It helps recover lost sales by sending automated WhatsApp messages to customers who left items in their cart. I would like to specially appreciate Mr Sunny for quick and smooth support, during the onboarding and setup abandoned cart messages. Highly recommended app for WhatsApp automation services.

We got all the support related to setup and proceeding for the WhatsApp abandon cart recovery and confirmation setup. The app has all the feature with regards to chats and automation over WhatsApp.
