Horrible support team. Won't attended scheduled demo calls, won't reply to whatsapp. Have to constantly push the team to get things done. The app comes with lots of bugs and you definitely need their support to get going. Would not recommend.

I’ve used multiple WhatsApp API platforms, and I can confidently say that Getgabs has been one of the most cost-effective and user-friendly solutions I’ve come across. The platform provides reliable automation tools for Shopify merchants. Although I ran into some minor issues during the initial integration and fulfillment setup, the support resources and templates made the process manageable. Once configured, everything worked seamlessly. Highly useful for WhatsApp engagement, order management, and COD automation workflows.
