Our product has only 5-star reviews, but this app's stars all show as blank/empty, so it looks likes the reviews have zero stars. Have contacted the developer several times, via email and Facebook Messenger, and have not received any useful support to resolve the issue.

Really the worst app this is. Even after I deleted this app still the reviews imported from this app are on my products page.

NÃO INSTALEMMM!!!!!!! depois de instalar no site ele não sai mais. Tentei de diversas maneiras retirar e o aplicativo não desfaz a alteração, mesmo excluindo o app

ne fonctionne tout simplement pas . quand on veut importer des avis depuis l'appli , page blanche rien ne s'affiche !
Hi KURT DISCOUNT, We are truly bad because not bringing experience well. The stars and review box don't show that has two main reasons: 1. They are not activated in the setting 2. The theme has special code, so they can not add in theme automatically. Our team will try to support you and fix the issue at our best whenever you need helps.

Nothing work a lot of lagging, you delete the reviews they still shows up... basically useless. they don't have a support team apparently hahahah WHAT disappointment

Péssimo app não carrega corretamente os comentários, por hora comentários desaparece da minha loja... Além disse o suporte é horrível e insatisfatório pois não resolve nada. Você diz: "Os comentários foi excluídos. suporte para resolver isso". Suporte: "Olá, qual o problema?" São burros??????????????????????????????????????

DON'T INSTALL THIS APP!!! I installed this App on my Minimal theme and it Wrecked the whole thing. My main slideshow at the top of my homepage was gone along with all of the product thumbnails on my products and collections pages. I immediately contacted the developer to get the issue solved. After several hours with no reply I contacted Shopify whom just told me to wait longer. After 24 hours with no reply from the developer I again contacted Shopify. They told me that I need to wait a full 72 hours before they could help. 48 hours after all of this started I wake up to an email stating that the original email i sent to the developer could not be delivered. Yes the address was right and I had also sent messages through FB messenger. After 48 hours of my storefront being down and my adds paused I had to take matters into my own hands. With the very little knowledge of coding that I have sought out the line of code that was in my theme template and deleted it. Luckly it fixed it and back up and running no thanks to the developer or Shopify.
