Not a free app ! 30usd smallest plan
Dear Reines Auto, Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for any confusion around our free plan. Our app is completely free to download, install, and use. We do have plans for increased usage and additional features if you choose to upgrade. No free plan at all, Customer Service is a bot that keep customers in a loop. I dont recommand it, stay away from it.

Is not Free for all features and you need to pay via their website not through shopify.

Other apps that also embed UGC videos in the shop cost a lot of money. GhostRetail fulfils exactly the same conditions and is free of charge. I can only recommend the app!
