I would like to appreciate the help of the support in setting up the application on my e-shop. I initially completed two video calls where the support tried to adapt the application according to my requirements. I like their appearance and options, which are above standard compared to similar applications.

I've been using the free version for a while, just while I established my Build Your Box. I recently upgraded to the paid packages, ran into a little issue early on, but Rishabh was very attentive and quick to resolve my issue. The app is super user-friendly and easy to use, also for a not so technical person. However, I struggled with one item and the support team was quick to get on a call with me and understood my issue right away. They were able to help me with the configuration needed as well as could explain in simple language what needed to be done.

Review 1: The team at QeBoxMaker go above and beyond and have delivered exceptional customer service and experience for our small business. We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business. Review 2: We recently launched a new product offering which created complexity with our shipping rates. When I spoke to QE, they were able to quickly understand the complexity and proposed a solution which is where they went above and beyond and edited their code to align to our product offering. This really opened my eyes to how clever these guys are! Well done and thank you so much for continuing to accommodate all of our requests.
