I've been using the free version for a while, just while I established my Build Your Box. I recently upgraded to the paid packages, ran into a little issue early on, but Rishabh was very attentive and quick to resolve my issue. I look forward to continuing to use QE BYOB and have already received orders from customers. :D

By far the easiest and best app I've found for my store for customers to create their own boxes! It works beautifully and looks great. The customer service is fast and helpful! Extremely happy with everything so far!

I have been using this app for some time, almost a year i think now, and they have always been really helpful. We came across a little issue but within 48 hours they have customized what was needed for me. Communication has always been really good throughout.

Review 1: The team at QeBoxMaker go above and beyond and have delivered exceptional customer service and experience for our small business. We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business. Review 2: We recently launched a new product offering which created complexity with our shipping rates. When I spoke to QE, they were able to quickly understand the complexity and proposed a solution which is where they went above and beyond and edited their code to align to our product offering. I cannot say enough about this app and the customer service. I was up and running within a day but needed a few adjustments due to my store setup. I submitted a ticket and they had them done for me immediately. So easy to setup and use love it!
