Customer support is great! I've got great help done by Rishabh. They helped me fixed my cart and setting up the app correctly on my website. I wish the app is more customizable but overall no complaints.

We have already started generating sales from this app! Used this app for build your own gift set on our website moriofficial.com. Review 1: The team at QeBoxMaker go above and beyond and have delivered exceptional customer service and experience for our small business. We had little knowledge on how to implement the solution we had in our heads however when messaging QeBoxMaker, not only did they respond instantly but they also took the problem away and reconfigured their code to meet our needs. This didn’t happen just once but twice. I want to thank everyone in the support team at QeBoxMaker for providing world class customer service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND this application to anyone with any customisation required for their gift box business. Review 2: We recently launched a new product offering which created complexity with our shipping rates. When I spoke to QE, they were able to quickly understand the complexity and proposed a solution which is where they went above and beyond and edited their code to align to our product offering. This really opened my eyes to how clever these guys are! Well done and thank you so much for continuing to accommodate all of our requests.

I cannot say enough about this app and the customer service. I was up and running within a day but needed a few adjustments due to my store setup. I submitted a ticket and they had them done for me immediately. So easy to setup and use love it!

I cannot recommend QeBoxMaker enough. I am not the type of person to leave reviews but when I company goes above & beyond to please their clients, a review must be given.
