The support on this application is fantastic! Everytime I ran into any issues, the support staff were quick to jump on a call with me and troubleshoot the problem with me. They have always resolved whatever problem I was facing by the end of the call. Thank you!

I have been using the gift box maker for a while now and it is awesome, it solves so many solutions! There is a new version coming which I am even more excited for! The customer service is amazing - the first question I had the team were quick to jump on a call with me to help solve my issue. So impressed so far!

The App is great! Easy to use, even for a normal person with no experience in software! The cost compared to other apps is the market is very reasonable. The support you will get here is amazing, the best customer service. They are doing their best to make sure your request is well taken care of.

I cannot say enough about this app and the customer service. I was up and running within a day but needed a few adjustments due to my store setup. I submitted a ticket and they had them done for me immediately. So easy to setup and use love it!

The QeBox maker team and app are absolutely the best! As a new start up i was conflicted into whether putting my trust in an app for my whole site is the right move. But the app is soo great and the team is amazing at answering straight away any questions and helping with any querries i have with my builder, I'm FULLY CONFIDENT in using this box builder which is really awesome especially when you have a team of super efficient and crazy fast response help along the way which is really assuring. 5 Stars for sure!!

I cannot recommend QeBoxMaker enough. I am not the type of person to leave reviews but when I company goes above & beyond to please their clients, a review must be given. QeBoxMaker Team is exceptional, they were able to solve each and all of my questions in a professional and timely manner. I finally found exactly what I needed! Gift Box Creator is an awesome app to help create magical websites with many options. Even for me as a total beginner it was easy to understand all the steps to go through installation etc. And when I needed some help, the support answered within seconds and helped me solve all issues, kind and very professional. I am super happy, can only recommend!

This app fit our needs perfectly. Once installed, if you notice things that you want to be a little tighter, or you need minor (or major) tweaks, all you need to do is contact support and they'll adjust within 24 hours. The best part of this app has been how responsive support is to ensuring that the build matches your exact specifications. They added complete features I requested in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this app and the team that created it.

We had been looking at all the various apps in the Shopify store to create our gift builder function and we are really happy we chose the Gift Box Builder. It has been easy to set up and although there have been a few teething problems the customer support team has been AMAZING. Extremely responsive and have made all the changes we have requested for a better customer experience. We are very happy with the app and the support received, would highly recommend.
