I've been searching for a gift card app that truly understands the needs of a modern e-commerce store, and Gift Card Factory has absolutely blown me away! I was impressed by its intuitive design and powerful features. But the real standout feature is the customer service. I had a minor question during setup, and the support team responded within minutes with a clear, helpful solution. They went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied. It's rare to find such responsive and knowledgeable support these days, and it truly makes all the difference.

We love using Gift Card Factory! It makes rewarding our customers so easy and automated. Not to mention, the support team is wonderful and quickly helped us when we needed custom Flows built or help with certain questions. Definitely and highly recommend!

Shopify’s native gift card system is pretty barebones, so we needed something with more customization and a better customer experience. Gift Card Factory delivered exactly that! The ability to personalize gift cards, schedule deliveries, and offer a more polished design has been a game-changer for us. It was easy to set up, and everything runs smoothly. Our customers love the improved experience, and we’ve already seen an uptick in gift card sales. Plus, the support team is fantastic. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a better gift card solution.

Great App. Import function is perfect and lots of other good features. No problems and responsive support when we had questions.

A very poor experience. App doesn't work as it should. Certainly doesn't integrate well with Shopify. No response from customer support. Dissapointing and time wasting experience.

Fantastic easy refunds/returns app that makes generating gift cards/credit notes simple and fast. Heaps of other great features including email campaigns and more. Plus just fantastic support, the Gift Card Factory team have been so helpful answering our questions and helping us with features.

The team at Gift Card Factory have been extremely helpful in expanding and enhancing upon the standard Gift Card solution that is offered by Shopify. Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and they are very excited about being able to send directly to and schedule their gift cards for a later date. Highly recommend this app if you're looking to enhance the gift card experience for your customers.

We are using this app to offer our customers to have the ability to send gift cards on scheduled dates to friends and family. We have loved it so far and have had great feedback from our customers. The setup was super quick and easy!

This is a really nice product. We do quite a few gift cards a month and the ability to bulk import them so easily is amazing. Truly a time saver worth the cost. Support is also really great. Anytime I have had a question they are great to respond.

This app is great! I used it for all store migrations and I was very suprised about how quickly the team got back to me when I urgently needed to increase the limit. It's very simple and easy to use and we got to keep our customer codes from the old website. Highly recommend. Thanks team!

Great support. I had an issue with my email address matching a bunch of my test accounts with the same email and they deployed an update for my specific issue right away.

Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to use gift cards as a marketing tool! I tried multiple gift card apps but this is the only one that meets all my needs while still being affordable! Besides, Mat and his team provide amazing support for this app- patient and super responsive!

Fantastische app! Makkelijk te gebruiken om in grote aantallen giftcard naar verschillende email adressen te versturen. Zelf met verschillende waardes en een verloop datum. Ook denkt Mateusz graag mee en reageert die snel!
