Gift Reggie: Gift Registry

Gift Reggie is the Best Registry app, after trying AAA which should not even be on Shopify. I was in a hurry to open set up the first registry for a young couple, so Jason from Gift Reggie was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was set up in less than 15 minutes. Few minutes later I was able to correct my entries, and we looked very good for the customer. Great presentation, easy to use and a new money maker

We have used this app for over 3 years now and it works great for us and our small business! We ran into an issue recently with our images not loading on the app, and Max was excellent in helping to resolve the issue quickly!

They presented a solution that would work immediately and a solution that required further implementation - which they offered to work through us with via Google Meet. We've had Gift Reggie for almost a year and we've had no issues. Customer service is still great- they are prompt, friendly and very helpful. Jason has helped me multiple times with altering settings for our themes. Jason is always friendly, and really makes an effort to help. Chat support is very convenient and there is never a wait.

I've set up my registry section in less than one day and the support from the staff was outstanding. Got responses in less than a minute and they corrected the code so that the registry would act as I need it. Completely recommend it

Jason and Max are very helpful in handling my concerns. Though i wish you have an option for a 24 hour chat support because I'm having a hard time with the time zone difference. But overall, you have have a superb customer support.
