We've had Gift Reggie for almost a year and we've had no issues. Customer service is still great- they are prompt, friendly and very helpful. Jason has helped me multiple times with altering settings for our themes. Jason is always friendly, and really makes an effort to help. Chat support is very convenient and there is never a wait.

I've set up my registry section in less than one day and the support from the staff was outstanding. Got responses in less than a minute and they corrected the code so that the registry would act as I need it. Completely recommend it

Jason and Max are very helpful in handling my concerns. Though i wish you have an option for a 24 hour chat support because I'm having a hard time with the time zone difference. But overall, you have have a superb customer support.

I just set up this app today. And the support team was absolutely amazing. I'm totally out of my depth when it comes to coding, but Jason had my new registry looking perfect so quickly. He made some quick code adjustments. And then some re-adjustments. And it looks and works great. I can't wait for customers to start using it. Great app. Great team.

Customer support is really great. Kind, responsive, and helpful. In order to make this app work with the design of your website, you will need to know a little bit of coding, but the support team is very helpful with this.

Great customer support. There's a chat option and they respond pretty quick if you have issues. Also the export per inventory is definitely a plus

Love the Gift Reggie team and their support. Always very trustworthy and responsive. And people love the wishlist feature that easily integrates into Shopify. Its as easy as 1-2-3. A tech company would need 4 months to build this. Update: 7-30-2025 - Still using Gift reggie and support is great!

Gift Reggie has been great for us! The system integrates well and is user friendly. The biggest upside to me which is HUGE now days is that their customer service is great! They will work with you and even help with coding if needed. Their staff is super knowledgeable and helpful.
