Gift Reggie: Gift Registry

Set up was easy & while I don't have a lot of wedding registries, I do have a good number of customers using it for wishlists. When I added another app to my shop that caused a conflict with Gift Reggie, I contacted the other apps support and was told "they won't work together". I contacted Gift Reggie, not only did I hear back from them right away, but they set up a time for a phone call to better understand what was happening. They were then able to fix the problem and I can use both apps on my site. Excellent customer service!

So easy to install! The customer service was fantastic! All of my questions were answered within minutes and Danielle from Gift Reggie even helped me input some of the codes. EASIEST APP I have ever installed on Shopify!

I can also attest to the amazing customer service. Danielle has been wonderful at helping me with all of my requests. A few minutes after sending over an email with changes, I would refresh my web page and they were taken care of like that! Super quick and helpful!

Top notch app with awesome support, everything needed to be a must have for any gift related online shop. Almost every little improvement idea are even taken into consideration by GR's team, features are really getting better and increasing. We have tested a lot of registries app or solution before being fully satisfied with Gift Reggie. Can't recommend more!

The app itself is very useful and can be customized to some extent using their templates but the most impressive aspect of Gift Reggie is their support team. Anne and Adam went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our app experience. They helped us solve every problem we had despite the need for a lot of specific changes that were quite unusual. They always responded very quickly and were extremely patient with us despite our lack of technical knowledge. We highly recommend Gift Reggie to anyone looking for a wish list app.

We are using the top tier for Gift Reggie so that Annieglass would have some control over the presentation. Adjusting the templates has been easy. The app is one the best documented and their customer service is stellar. More than once, they have helped us with issues that we have created. Thank you again!!!!

Gift Reggie is incredibly easy to use and to set up. It's an affordable way to have a registry option on your website that can potentially generate a great deal of revenue. The level of customer service that we have received from Gift Reggie has been phenomenal. They always respond quickly and they've gone above & beyond the call of duty each time to suit our needs. If you're thinking about adding a registry to your Shopify website then Gift Reggie is the app for you!

Installing on the Testament theme proved to be above my admittedly limited coding skills, but not to worry as Anne-Marie had everything up and running within minutes of me contacting support for assistance. All other set up was simple, straight forward and well-documented. Simple customization was also available as part of the initial support and Anne-Marie handled that efficiently and quickly as well. So far product seems to function as promised and I'm hopeful that we can take full advantage of all the features to offer our customers a professional gift registry experience.

I don't think I have ever experienced such incredible support from an app developer! We were using a different wishlist app before, which was causing some glitches when installing Gift Reggie, but Adam saved the day and then some! Adam was extremely patient in fixing the technical issues, as well as he went above and beyond to style the buttons to match our web store and our exact liking. I can't wait to publish all the changes, and have the app up and running! The platform already seems way better than what we had before. Thanks again so much for all the help!
