Had a little issue with the app, because of our Shopify theme. Customer service stepped in immediately and took care of it until it worked. Can really recommend!

Huge shoutout to Nathan from the EasyGift team who jumped on my customisation requests instantly and was able to clarify any queries I had very quickly. I couldn't have asked for a better support team! The app is super user-friendly and we are very excited to launch our first gift with purchase promotion tomorrow !

Super fast to set-up, easy to use and did exactly what we needed it to do! Our 2022 BFCM would not have had as much success or as good CX as it did without this app. We will definitely be re-installing for future promotions!

Great app that allows you to auto-add the gift to your customer's cart, once the rules you set are met, which always results in a good customer experience. Amazing support, they were very fast at fixing the bug that happened during our Gift with Purchase promotion. Special thanks to Nathan for the help. Definitely recommend :)

The app works perfectly. We had a few teething issues integrating with our theme and other apps we use, but Nathan was able to quickly fix the issues!

We've been using this app for a few years and it serves its purpose perfectly. We've got a special deal for Black Friday and something in the setup wasn't working in the app. They have helped me every step of the way to get to work in time for Black Friday, AMAZING customer service!

This team is the tops... The app was easy to install and get setup. Like very easy. I had a question and their team got back to me very quickly. Kuddos to Nathan for his effort. He went far and above what was needed to get the job done and make sure our site was operating correctly. The app is installed and looks great! Grateful for this team and the plugin!

EasyGift is an amazing tool for us to add free items to our users shopping cart. It couldn't be easier and their support deserves 10 stars! I'm really happy I found out about this app, we were trying to do this with the native Shopify tools first and didn't get anywhere.

Great app for automatically adding gifts to cart. Integrates with our Rebuy cart wonderfully. Also allows us to customize rules based on one-time and subscription products, giving us a lot of flexibility with our promotions. Customer service is also great! The team is quick to respond and they really go above and beyond to answer any questions and fix any issues that arise. Highly recommend EasyGift.
