I have been using Easy Gift since I opened my store last summer and have had great success by giving customers incentive to buy when free items are added to their cart automatically. I ran into an issue with the a custom built page that was not working correctly when the easygift function was on. I contacted support and they worked diligently to find a solution. I am so impressed with their customer service and extra efforts to find a solution for my business. I highly recommend this app, easy to use and increases sales but best of all, great customer service!

We spent time (and money) with a Dev agency to build a script that would carry out similar functions, however was glitchy. We have had no issues with the EasyGift App and think the analytics portal is a great addition!

Very useful app, and has the most robust featureset out of any auto add to cart app on the app store as far as I can tell. The team is helpful as well!

The app is easy to use and works well, support is really fast to reply if you have questions. They also helped us customize our theme a bit to ensure everything displayed how we wanted it to for the customer. we've used both the pick your gift and auto add to cart options, they're pretty nifty.

Just installed this app this week, and it's been epically helpful. We've been looking for a light app to auto-add products to the cart for promos, and have been really happy with the ease of setup & features. The auto-removal was a pleasant surprise, as it opens the door for tiered promos as well. Very cool. We had some odd theme integration hiccups with installation, but Nathan, Stephanie & team were more than willing to have a look, and were extremely quick in finding a fix- even though they were initially unable to reproduce the issue on their end, which I know can make it really tough to troubleshoot. Issues were fully resolved within our 5-day trial period. I fully recommend this app- there are none out there that I've found that do auto add to cart as seamlessly. ~Presley

I love this app! I helps me where I need and the email support is very helpful and quick. There are many ways to configure the "add to cart" which is helpful for my campaigns to be varied.

Nathan from the Easygift team has been a wonderful support - we had a few custom requests for the pop up which I wasn't sure would even be possible and Nathan actioned these within less than 24 hours! Very grateful and looking forward to using the app for more loyalty activations going forward.

A perfect workaround for Shopify's limited discount features. The team responsive and thorough, and when we had issues, did a fantastic job in getting the app to work with our existing theme and features. The recent update is great as well, and adds so much value to our discounting capabilities!
