Nathan from the Easygift team has been a wonderful support - we had a few custom requests for the pop up which I wasn't sure would even be possible and Nathan actioned these within less than 24 hours! Very grateful and looking forward to using the app for more loyalty activations going forward.

A perfect workaround for Shopify's limited discount features. The team responsive and thorough, and when we had issues, did a fantastic job in getting the app to work with our existing theme and features. The recent update is great as well, and adds so much value to our discounting capabilities!

Had a little issue with the app, because of our Shopify theme. Customer service stepped in immediately and took care of it until it worked. Can really recommend!

Super fast to set-up, easy to use and did exactly what we needed it to do! Our 2022 BFCM would not have had as much success or as good CX as it did without this app. We will definitely be re-installing for future promotions!

Great app that allows you to auto-add the gift to your customer's cart, once the rules you set are met, which always results in a good customer experience. Amazing support, they were very fast at fixing the bug that happened during our Gift with Purchase promotion. Special thanks to Nathan for the help. Definitely recommend :)

The app works perfectly. We had a few teething issues integrating with our theme and other apps we use, but Nathan was able to quickly fix the issues!
