Though we also faced the same issue that the app doesn't compatible with some theme page and caused the problem for not being able to check out. But luckily the app team supports tried their best and fix the problem as soon as they can. I still enjoy the function it provides.

It doens't work with some templates. Be aware and make some tests before activating. Adding product to cart became a infinity loop in our store. I got no answer from support within 48 hours and we lost our campaign.

Product works as stated and the customer service is good too. Resolve questions very quickly. I have recommended this app to freinds.

Application très complète et qui répond à mes attentes au niveau de la gestion des cadeaux par palier de prix. Le point positif est qu'on peut fixer une limite basse et haute pour l'activation du cadeau. Et le SAV est super réactif et très compétent pour résoudre nos problèmes.

I have been using Easy Gift since I opened my store last summer and have had great success by giving customers incentive to buy when free items are added to their cart automatically. I ran into an issue with the a custom built page that was not working correctly when the easygift function was on. I contacted support and they worked diligently to find a solution. I am so impressed with their customer service and extra efforts to find a solution for my business. I highly recommend this app, easy to use and increases sales but best of all, great customer service!

We spent time (and money) with a Dev agency to build a script that would carry out similar functions, however was glitchy. We have had no issues with the EasyGift App and think the analytics portal is a great addition!
