Amazing and fast customer support. Literally. I typed a question in the chat box and got an answer like 30 seconds later from a real person who guided me exactly where i needed to go. later after about 2 hours, i had another question and dropped it into the same chat box and got another super quick answer with super detailed instructions. The app also helped me make an additional %30 of my revenue on my whole store.

Really great so far! We have tried hard coding and dozens of apps - nothing worked until we finally found this. Fingers crossed for longevity, but very promising so far.

Our team was looking for an app that adds free gifts into the shopify carts and this is the best one we've come across. Not only is the interface super easy to use but there are so many customizations. We faced some trouble implementing our rule and contacted their team and within a day they were able to hop onto a call and help us through the issue step by step. Not only but they are taking our experience into account and constantly fixing their app to increase customizations. Can't wait to see what else thsi app has in store.

Free gifts are a key part of marketing, and it’s essential that customers don’t have a bad experience or sellers incur losses due to malfunctioning apps. I’ve installed and tested various free gift apps, and I finally concluded that this app works perfectly. Despite its simple settings, it allows for detailed customization to suit different scenarios. I discovered a very rare issue that doesn’t significantly impact its functionality. They responded immediately and fixed the issue during a video meeting exactly as I requested. Their support is truly world-class, and it’s a pity I can only give them five stars. Thanks Nathan and Alex.

The app does everything I need it to! I have tried many other apps, and none work like this one. And if you ever need help, the support team are very helpful in resolving any issues you have!

Super easy to set up, and works great! We now run GWP offers all the time and it has been a great addition to our marketing mix.

Seems like they are not supporting different languages in one store. Unfortunately.
Hi Schleich GmbH team, Nathan here, the product manager of EG. I'm sorry to hear that you're disappointed with our app's current lack of support for translated product handles. I understand how this limitation can be frustrating for stores with multilingual needs. Support for translations is on our roadmap, but at the moment, we are focused on other key developments in preparation for Black Friday. Implementing translation support requires thorough planning, design, development, and testing to get it done right, unfortunately, we are currently unable to allocate the necessary resources for such a large task. While I understand your disappointment, I want to clarify that we do not advertise nor claim that EG offers support for translations anywhere on our app listing or elsewhere. As a small team, we must prioritize features that will benefit the majority of our users. It is unfortunate that this led to a 2-star review, especially after our discussion where I thought I had reached an understanding. Please consider how you would feel if your store received a negative review for not offering a product you have never stocked. We value all feedback and are committed to improving our app, but we also need to manage our resources effectively. Great app and great customer service. Had an issue and customer support contacted me immediately and resolved the issue.

I can see you raised a support request, which was replied to and we sent a store access request to debug the cause of the problem. But perhaps our email replies were lost because we did not hear back from you. I want to make this right, I want to find out what went wrong and what we can do to make it right.
