Love it. VERY easy. Lots of options. As a business owner I have Zero time to deal with apps that aren't up to par and that cause delays due to many factors. But GiftKart makes it super easy. Don't have to think. Just do.

Sid is great to work with! Very responsive, professional and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is set up for a good customer experience. The app itself has great features that I think my customers will appreciate, including custom greeting cards and video messaging for gift cards, and the gift wrapping and gift messaging options. The aesthetics are also really nice, and I love the fact that customers can track their gift card balance easily and on their own.

I installed this app to help plug the glaring gap Shopify has allowed to exist within its basic Gift Card product offering with regards the lack of sophisticated options within the service. With help from the developer's technical support, which was first class, the app performs exactly as I'd hoped.

I would pay for this APP ! Had a query and the developers got back to me straight away. Sid and I spent 45 minutes on a Video Hook-up talking about ways to make the product work for me. Now that I understand the flexibility of the APP, it will definitely suit my requirements. Very impressive service !

I am just beginning to use the App. So far had to call tech-support for help with setting it up, and in 2 minutes and a live person on my computer screen, I was ready to use it. Cannot comment on the APP yet, since I am just beginning to use it, but the Tech Support is stellar.

As a florist we use the card note function in the cart. So far it is working great! Simple to use/edit, and the support provided was top notch. We plan to use the upsell function in the future as well.

I was looking for a app to implement personalized messaging option for local flower delivery and GiftKart was a perfect one. Had a little issue with setting it up but the customer service was super quick to jump in and solve the problem.
