Unfortunately it's not working. In my first order the app crashed and they couldn't fixed that.
Sorry that you had a bad experience. Would've loved to help you out and fix this if you gave us more than an hour. The app interacts with the custom themes of different stores, and sometimes it needs a tweak to make it work.

This guys know what they do! They helped us through their chat support very fast, to put the option in Check out as we like to have it. We can only recommend them! Easy and fast support, this is perfect, even if all is easy to set up :)

So far so good. This review is for the quick, simple, and helpful customer service. They helped me customize placement of the widget in the store. Maybe 10-15 mins start to finish.

Gift Lab has been great for our small business. We specialize in gift boxes and many customers enjoy being able to write a custom note and schedule the delivery. It is a very intuitive interface. Highly recommend.
