GLab: Gift Wrap & Gift Message

Fast support and best value for money app

Gift Lab has been great for our small business. We specialize in gift boxes and many customers enjoy being able to write a custom note and schedule the delivery. It is a very intuitive interface. Highly recommend.

Super fast support team who jumped on a Google Meets with me to help me get set-up. Their integration with klaviyo makes sending customized messages super easy. Would love for them to build out a feature that adds the product to the cart when submitting your gift options but other than that we have been loving it so far:) Even were able to remove certain notes that flowed through to our 3PL which was super helpful.

We had been facing some technical issues at the beginning, contacted tech team right away and they responded to us quickly and politely. This app included those features that I were seeking and pricing also acceptable. Worth a try and I would recommend to those who want a gift message or wrapping function for your website.

We just switched to this gifting app and are loving it so far. The support team was super helpful on a few issues/things we needed help with! We like the pop-up look for making selections on what gifting options a customer would like!

Originally the app had the limitation that the From & To parties were available to print on cards, but couldn't be printed on packing lists and we use our packing lists as the gift message. They dutifully honored our request and added this feature without any additional cost to us. Bravo!

This is a good app. Finally we've found the one we needed. It is easy to use and come with nice aesthetics (not with those big fonts!). Great support as well. Highly recommended

Great app , wonderful service but we were on the PLUS PLAN when we had subscribed and within few days we were Pushed to ESSENTIAL PLAN. this isn't good for a first timer app user.

This app is really easy to use, both back and front end, and displays beautifully on our site. The developers were immediately able to assist and help with any aftercare as well. Easily the best gift wrapping app I've come across!

The app does exactly what I wanted. It really works nicely. I haven't had any issues with it so far.
