Incredibly helpful team ready to configure what you need. I found this app is simple and very easy to use or alter in one moment and immediately takes effect. If you have questions you shouldn't hesitate to ask for help. GiftLab was able to add value to the basic shopify checkout process. The upgrade to the top tier was worthwhile.It allowed us to move the checkout question so customers could interact more with it. Also, thank you for the 10-day free trial. This gave a roomy testing period to figure out how the pop up was prompted, what that looked like and gave time to see how and if our customers used it.

Really simple App to install and customise. I had one question and I received a helpful response immediately. Perfect if you want to offer gift wrap, greetings cards, messages, etc.

This is literally the perfect, one-step solution as a Gift app. This serves the purpose very well. It includes all the features you need, which other apps don't provide. Plus it gives you access to customize the features according to yourself at each step and with ease. Totally worth it! And recommend it to others also.

GREAT APP - AMAZING SUPPORT - PAID FOR ITSELF IN DAYS. I've run multiple Shopify Stores for years now and I've never been more impressed with an app - or a support team. The developers of this app truly "get" how customers place orders, and how Shopify Store owners process orders, and it shows. After less than week, we've already sold enough Add-on Gifts via the app that we've paid for the (very reasonable - less then $10) monthly price several times over. It was incredibly easy to set up, and when I had a few questions about how to customize things exactly the way I want the chat support from Sid was instant & really helpful.
