just eliminated the manual work of filling out physical gift cards and this is a MUCH better experience as it lets the sender automatically send the recipient an email directly when the package is marked as delivered... the app customization is great too and integrates nicely in the dawn theme!

We battled with 3PLs who were fast at logistics but couldn't provide a good looking physical gift message for our customers. Giftnote has helped us find a great middle-ground to get over this hurdle without having to change fulfilment partners. We can now give customers gifting a better experience and style the digital giftnote they way that suits our brand. We can't be happier!

I've been meaning to use this app for almost 2 years but the opportunity was never right for various reasons. Nick was super patient and helpful throughout those 2 FREAKING years! Nothing but praises for him and his team with the onboarding too, great functionalities to our store as we're heavy gifting business. Anywho, the Klaviyo flows, the PDP add gift and the add gift in cart drawers make this app very friendly to our customers and easy to use for us as merchants! Recommend 100%.
Though it didn't go as planned, it was awesome collaborating with you. Your patience and focus on enhancing your gifting business were commendable. Thanks for the shoutout and the opportunity!

We needed a quick gifting solution last BFCM and were scrambling to find something until we stumbled upon Giftnote. It was super quick to install and was exactly the kind of digital gift note app we needed. We were able to integrate it with Klaviyo so the gift messages were still on brand. Any time we needed more support or additional data, Nick from Giftnote swiftly swooped in and helped us with solutions and pulling analytics. We're excited to see what more we can do with the app in the future!

Excellent app which has improved our customer experience on our website, increased our tracking and understanding of customer gifting behaviours and added a welcome additional service selling point. The Giftnote team have also provided excellent support right through out the process making it an easy and seamless addition to out backend.
