This app is just exactly what we needed for our customers. If your looking to offer your client to send Gift messages or offer Gift Card Giftnote will do it for you in a very smart and reliable way. Easy to setup ( with the support of Nick it's even easier ), Stable, No extra dirty code that slows down the website. The app enhance what shopify is able to do natively. It's definitly top app.

I've been searching for an app like this for so long, I even had a developer try to create a custom email flow for me (to no avail) - and I finally found Giftnote! It has everything I need, the process is seamless, and the customer support is stellar. I really can't recommend it enough!

The team has been super helpful with our integration and helped us fix the bilingual language issue we had. The app is doing exactly what it's supposed to and it's a great way to incentivize customers to use our products as gifting.

Giftnote has allowed us to empower our customers to make personalised purchase for their loved ones, as easily as selecting a box at the check out. We've also loved that we can use this as another upselling and gifting opportunity around special days of the year such as Mother's Day or Easter, making the gift that little bit more special and considered than sending a regular gift card. Highly recommend!

A large part of Riot Art & Craft's sales come from gifting, so we're always on the lookout for ways that we can provide the best experience for our customers as well as make our operations more efficient. Giftnote is an actually unique approach to online gifting that we haven't seen before and our customers love it. It's been a total no-brainer and it's easy to manage, can't really ask for much more out of an app.

Just what we were looking for. Being able to offer a digital card to our customers has totally streamlined our business, improved processing efficiency, reduced costs and on the other hand increased sales. We now use Giftnote as our free option to customers and can charge for a physical message card. Cannot recommend more highly- a must for any Gifting Business!!
