We have been running giveaways for many years, and have used many other apps for giveaways. This app was not only easier to install, it also was backed by some of the best support ever received from a Shopify App. Would recommend even if you're unsure! 10/10

These guys go above and beyond! It works out of the box with no issues, and then they are incredibly helpful with any special requests or funky things you want to do, that would push the envelope of what is possible... I definitely recommend them. You won't regret using this app - it's easy to use as is, and their team are amazing. Andrea deserves a raise :D

Incredible tool with an incredible founder. I have never had someone help me as much or as fast. Everything is easy to setup, and just works out of the box like it should. The other giveaway tools out there are complicated, more expensive, and don't justify their price compared to Giveaway Ninja. Actually, GN has more useful features I've found. This is THE giveaway tool for Shopify.

Very efficient app for handling a giveaway. Andrea offers a killer support if you need any help. I don’t think it could be better, great app!

This app does (almost) everything I want, so I contacted support about a weird feature I was looking for and they were very helpful in providing a solution while they put my idea into a feature request. They took care of me, which is a lot coming from an app provider these days. Thanks!

OMG! I don't even know how to start this review. Giveaway Ninja team helped us at every step of the process. They even helped us setting up the giveaway image. Always very helpful and professional. Great app, very easy to setup, support documents are easy to use and the team (especially Andrea) are phenomenal. They respond within minutes and help in every way they can. Highly recommended!!

Amazing App! It comes with a lot of features and tools while also having a beautiful design. It also comes with all the integrations you might need and the customer support is just incredible. This might be by far the best giveaway app here on Shopify

For the launch of our new brand, we had chosen a competitor (larger company with more features & possibilities) but the integration with our Shopify store didn't work at all (mainly due to changes in the Shopify Checkout that is being rolled out) and so last minute we had to look for another solution. What a breath of fresh air it was to discover, install and configure Giveaway Ninja :-). It does what it says it does: giveaways with almost all of the actions a small to large company would like to link to the giveaway, including a feature that for us was key: one extra entry to the giveaway per € spent. For some specific questions, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Andrea from customer service, was very reactive & knowledgeable (no answers like "Oh, I'll need to check with our technical team") and so we managed to have everything up and running in no time. 3 weeks later the giveaway ended with over 1300 participants and 5000 actions / entries taken.
