Great giveaway app with a lot of customizable features. Can already tell that my customers are loving the giveaways. Support is also great with very quick answers to any questions I had.

We have been running giveaways for many years, and have used many other apps for giveaways. This app was not only easier to install, it also was backed by some of the best support ever received from a Shopify App. Would recommend even if you're unsure! 10/10

These guys go above and beyond! It works out of the box with no issues, and then they are incredibly helpful with any special requests or funky things you want to do, that would push the envelope of what is possible... I definitely recommend them. You won't regret using this app - it's easy to use as is, and their team are amazing. Andrea deserves a raise :D

Incredible tool with an incredible founder. I have never had someone help me as much or as fast. Everything is easy to setup, and just works out of the box like it should. The other giveaway tools out there are complicated, more expensive, and don't justify their price compared to Giveaway Ninja. Actually, GN has more useful features I've found. This is THE giveaway tool for Shopify.

This app does (almost) everything I want, so I contacted support about a weird feature I was looking for and they were very helpful in providing a solution while they put my idea into a feature request. They took care of me, which is a lot coming from an app provider these days. Thanks!

I had a few issues getting my Giveaway to function on my shopify page due to the reCAPTCHA, likely due to user error, but Andrea squared me away and got me up and running! Amazing support. I really don't write reviews often, but Andrea did a superb job, and this time it is well deserved. Thank you!

Great app, very easy to setup, support documents are easy to use and the team (especially Andrea) are phenomenal. They respond within minutes and help in every way they can. Highly recommended!!
