Amazing App. Customer support is crazy good. I asked them to remove a visible feature and they did. Edited the code for me within 30 min. I had an issue another time months later and they fixed it within 2 hrs. Can't speak highly enough of how quick they help. 10/10.

I was stuck , and I asked for help. Right away the chat rep took over and helped me so so so much! I am EXTREMELY happy how fast customer service chat was. They did the job for me to help me . wow !!!! I'm impressed actually ! thank you thank you ! you saved me time.

So, I had an issue with installation and I reached out to Andrea. You'll see his name everywhere on Giveaway Ninja. He identified my issue immediately and corrected it. I was up and running in minutes of me telling him what was going on.

So far this app seems easy to use and integrates easily. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Time will tell if the app pays off, I think it will.

Easy to set up and install, took two seconds to integrate with Mailchimp too. Support is second to none, literally the most helpful tech support I've ever experienced. Would recommend.

This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!

I recently used the Giveaway Ninja App for our Anniversary Giveaway, and I was extremely pleased with the results. My primary goals were to boost engagement with potential customers and increase our social media followers, particularly on Facebook. Thanks to the Giveaway Ninja App, I achieved both of these objectives. Additionally, Andrea provided outstanding support and promptly addressed any questions I had. This app does everything you need to run an effective giveaway! The customer service in impeccable! My questions were answered immediately, and Andrea also assisted with the setup! If you want to acquire more customers, or you need competent help with the set up use this app! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you won't have that problem here!

We've only recently signed up for this app and haven't had the opportunity to explore its features in depth just yet. However, our initial impression is quite positive, as it appears to be quite user-friendly. What truly sets this company apart, though, is its exceptional customer service. In a landscape crowded with commendable apps and top-notch customer support, this service stands out in a league of its own. Andrea, in particular, has made an indelible mark with her remarkable assistance. Not only did she expertly guide us through the process of creating our very first campaign from scratch, but she went the extra mile in doing so. First let me tell you..... Andrea is amazing. So helpful. Really is. Have a problem or need something change to make it your own and he is on it like crazy. Also filled with a ton of ideas on how to make things work the way you want. The app is loaded with tons of features that you pay a arm and leg for with other apps. Super clean and responsive. I love the idea that you can tag customer that go into Klaviyo. Our goal is to walk people into our business slowly and introduce things to them and not to scare them away. Also it has a lot of interaction with the customer as ways for them to earn more points or entries. The big feature is referral a friend. We added a lot of new elements to our site and with this app you can have them visit and explore and get points for it. (great way to educate your customers) With all seriousness, give them a try and make sure you reach out if you need anything. Customer service is the best I've seen on Shopify. Just a quick update.... Less than one week using the app and already had over 200 entries and many referrals. Really works on expanding your email list and get people to go through your site. SECOND MAJOR Update...He took my suggestion and added it to the app. You can now have customers who buy be entered into the sweepstake. Totally amazing You Really need to try this app. In two months we gained a ton of contacts that we can promote our products too.
