For the launch of our new brand, we had chosen a competitor (larger company with more features & possibilities) but the integration with our Shopify store didn't work at all (mainly due to changes in the Shopify Checkout that is being rolled out) and so last minute we had to look for another solution. What a breath of fresh air it was to discover, install and configure Giveaway Ninja :-). It does what it says it does: giveaways with almost all of the actions a small to large company would like to link to the giveaway, including a feature that for us was key: one extra entry to the giveaway per € spent. For some specific questions, we were pleasantly surprised to see that Andrea from customer service, was very reactive & knowledgeable (no answers like "Oh, I'll need to check with our technical team") and so we managed to have everything up and running in no time. 3 weeks later the giveaway ended with over 1300 participants and 5000 actions / entries taken.

Amazing App. Customer support is crazy good. I asked them to remove a visible feature and they did. Edited the code for me within 30 min. I had an issue another time months later and they fixed it within 2 hrs. Can't speak highly enough of how quick they help. 10/10.

So, I had an issue with installation and I reached out to Andrea. You'll see his name everywhere on Giveaway Ninja. He identified my issue immediately and corrected it. I was up and running in minutes of me telling him what was going on.

So far this app seems easy to use and integrates easily. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Time will tell if the app pays off, I think it will.

This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!

I recently used the Giveaway Ninja App for our Anniversary Giveaway, and I was extremely pleased with the results. My primary goals were to boost engagement with potential customers and increase our social media followers, particularly on Facebook. Thanks to the Giveaway Ninja App, I achieved both of these objectives. Additionally, Andrea provided outstanding support and promptly addressed any questions I had. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to run successful giveaways and enhance their online presence.

This app does everything you need to run an effective giveaway! The customer service in impeccable! My questions were answered immediately, and Andrea also assisted with the setup! If you want to acquire more customers, or you need competent help with the set up use this app! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you won't have that problem here!
