This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.

Using this app for a Black Friday (Better Friday) giveaway we're running and the customer service has been exceptional! Super fast replies, really helpful and really personable. Very impressed!

Andrea and the service team are INCREDIBLE! On it with fast and helpful responses and problem solving. We are blown away. They are proactively helping us have a better giveaway in a multitude of ways. They are true pros and we will absolutely use them again!

Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it! They responded very quickly and helped develop working code as well as things overlooked when setting up this first campaign. Big big thank you for the amazing service and extremely functional app! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

This is a great app for giveaways. It is user-friendly and offers a lot of options for participants to earn points, which will increase engagement and drive traffic to the store. The control panel allows you to monitor how the giveaway is going by presenting you all the necessary data.

Amazing Giveaway App! The app is easy to use, but I did have some questions and Andrea was super efficient and proactive helping me to understand all of the Giveaway Ninja's features. This app is going to make implementing monthly giveaways so easy and will help to grow our customer engagement and loyalty. If I could give it 10 stars I would!
