Really a nice app, very useful. and Andreas helped me a lot, always patience and kindness. He solved a lot of troubles for me when I set my first giveaway project. In one word: great app and great service.

Easy to setup, outstanding support, and VERY effective getting engagement

Easy to set up and install, took two seconds to integrate with Mailchimp too. Support is second to none, literally the most helpful tech support I've ever experienced. Would recommend.

This app is very simple, easy to set up and get running. I did have some questions about running campaigns and integrations, and Andrea helped me out! Not only did she address the issues I was having she also improved upon my setup! I've tried a lot of plug in apps and the customer service was really lacking, but this wasn't the case with Giveaway Ninja. You won't be overcharged and unable to reach support. I also like that you can scale your subscription to the sign up volume. It's all around awesome! I highly recommend this app!

This app does everything you need to run an effective giveaway! The customer service in impeccable! My questions were answered immediately, and Andrea also assisted with the setup! If you want to acquire more customers, or you need competent help with the set up use this app! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you won't have that problem here!

This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.

Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it!
