Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it! They responded very quickly and helped develop working code as well as things overlooked when setting up this first campaign. This is a great app for giveaways. It is user-friendly and offers a lot of options for participants to earn points, which will increase engagement and drive traffic to the store. The control panel allows you to monitor how the giveaway is going by presenting you all the necessary data.

I used this app for a few giveaways and seemed to have good results but I was frustrated with the lack of metrics provided, specifically I wanted to know how many unique email subscribers it was adding every month. I mentioned my frustration to them and within 2 hours they added this feature to app. Now that is customer service! Will definitely continue to use this app.

Had some issues with the initial setup, Andrea got back to us promptly and helped us out with whole process. Even helped cleaning up the css so that mobile would look right. Highly recommend!!

This app is so very user-friendly. No technical knowledge necessary. The Mailchimp integration is invaluable.
