Initially when looking at this software we were looking for deep analytics for our new subscription service hosted on Paywhirl. We also have a Shopify store for sales. In the sales calls I was very specific and showed all of the software we used, how we used it, and what we needed to do with subscriber analytics. They promised and promised in the sales demo that we could get everything we needed. The sales person said our account manager would be able to set everything up because he couldn't show us what we were asking for in the demo. He just cared about getting a sale and passing us off to the account manager. After several months of trying to make the software work, they basically said that it doesn't but they "could make it work with another $4,000-$5,000 in custom development. A team member specifically from Glew was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. Promised to solve the solution, develop a solution for the issue, and would simply forget to call us back or follow up. So we were left with a piece of expensive software that did NOTHING for what was promised. And they insisted that we would have to continue to pay for the entire year despite the software not serving any function. Why would they want a company who's super unhappy with the products or services and find 0 value in this to continue to be forced to pay for a product or service that provides no value? Another company that over promises and under delivers. I wasn't going to write any review but since I called Amex and stopped all payments they decided to send me to collections over 10 months later. SLEEZY. Garbage customer service.

We have been using GLEW for 2 1/2 years now and it has become an integral part of running our business. The team was extremely helpful in getting us setup initially and their support has been helpful and responsive.

The app provides valuable insights that help us optimize our Shopify store. We really like the individual consumer profiles that show path to purchase and the 1st purchase/2nd purchase business insights matrix. It has allowed us to suggest the right products to the right customers and make people very happy! The staff is extremely helpful and the webinars are a great way to learn even more tip and tricks to maximize customer understanding. The yearly cost is nothing relative to the amount that this app will help your business grow.

We're a multichannel D2C business that has been using Glew for a few years now and have been very pleased with the application. I use Glew to compile data from Multichannels in order to have a single source for data. This allows for more accurate reporting and the ability for faster responses to that data. By utilizing Glew we have been able to segment and target specific customer groups in order to increase LTV's. Beyond the app itself, the custom support team behind Glew is responsive and helpful. They show knowledge not only in the app itself but also of data analytics to help guide you towards the results that you require.

Glew is a great app for decision makers. And for those who love to deep dive into data analytics and create new insights, Glew is a great platform. BI tunnel and mode integration features are amazing. Excellent support team with quick attention to the requirement details. Thanks for continuing research and new feature updates. I think Glew university also plays a good role in familiarizing those new integrations, features and ideas to the audience.

Glew has been paramount to the success of our business. As an ecommerce company, our data is stored in a countless number of siloed repositories. Glew has allowed us to seamlessly integrate all of our data sources and analyze correlations between them, drawing insight from how decisions made in one area of the business impact other areas without having to pull everything into a single spreadsheet. Over the past few months we have gone a step further, graduated from using the standard Glew.io service to having our own dedicated Redshift data warehouse, managed by Glew. Glew has completely opened the door to data-driven decision making.

Not worth the money. Poor customer service, unable to calculate simple metrics, not connected to Google & Amazon. Deceptive advertising & when you try to cancel you are locked in for 1 year. Will not be renewing. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. Stay away!

I integrated Glew.io for two Shopify Plus stores already and the teams love it! Megan and the Glew.io team has helped us all the way from integration to launch! They also provide a lot of training to help us get up to speed. The platform itself is very easy to navigate and user-friendly and has a lot of integration with other data sources such as Klaviyo. We are able to create custom customer segments from Glew.io then sync to Klaviyo then sync to a Facebook audience! Another good feature is setting up custom reports and schedule it to different departments their reporting needs. Try the free trial!
