Glew is by far the most horrific analytics platform/app we have come across. If you're looking for an analytics platform for your brand/agency, I'd look into Daasity, SourceMedium, Lifetimely, or many other analytics platforms that will take your business needs seriously and care to build a solution that meets your needs. We run one of the fastest growing eCommerce brands on Shopify and could have not been more disappointed with Glew's platform/features, management, or customer service. Do your business a favor and don't waste your time or energy trying to make their platform work.

Complete disaster. We bought this service to help us figure out our sell-throughs. We were promised repeatedly that this could be done, but were then told that they weren't calculating properly. It took months of calls and meetings (mostly because their rep kept cancelling the meetings we had booked) and finally we gave up, after wasting over $1000 on a service that for one year was completely useless to us. We asked for some money back since we got almost no value, and they refused. Do not waste your money on this.

Once you sign up there's no support. And support is really unhelpful. As most other people said, I'd use a different app, especially at this price point there's much better options

we have used this app in trial version. we have opened two tickets to see how it worked in different areas: we never got an answer. we have opened another ticket after completing our trial period because we will not continue. if they don't answer questions during the free trial we don't feel confident to invest almost 1000 dollars up front. we have asked them to delete our account and all the data that is synchronized and so far we have no response. all the data remains on their platform. keep an eye on this before installing it. this is our opinion.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback - we're sorry that you haven't had a positive experience with Glew. As a practice, we purge all data related to an account after the trial period is over, should you not proceed with a subscription. I was able to find both tickets assigned to you and it shows we reached out multiple times, but that your email was bouncing because of an unsubscribe. Requiring an annual agreement for a product whose efficacy is yet to be proven could be a crippling burden for a small business. Living in turbulent times, it’s shameful to see a company embracing these practices and Shopify allowing them to prosper unchecked.

The app can be very useful, unfortunately I can not make a comment on this. my employee mistakenly purchased this app agreed with our digital commerce consultant with a binding contract of 3 years. I am trying to terminate this contract since two years but they don't accept and we pay each month 169€ for nothing. Now I pass the case to our lawyers and will wait what can be done. We sent the termination letter but they didn't reply. According EU law we have the right to terminate the contract but Glew team simply ignored this and I find it very unprofessional.

Initially when looking at this software we were looking for deep analytics for our new subscription service hosted on Paywhirl. We also have a Shopify store for sales. In the sales calls I was very specific and showed all of the software we used, how we used it, and what we needed to do with subscriber analytics. They promised and promised in the sales demo that we could get everything we needed. The sales person said our account manager would be able to set everything up because he couldn't show us what we were asking for in the demo. He just cared about getting a sale and passing us off to the account manager. After several months of trying to make the software work, they basically said that it doesn't but they "could make it work with another $4,000-$5,000 in custom development. A team member specifically from Glew was one of the worst people I've ever dealt with. Promised to solve the solution, develop a solution for the issue, and would simply forget to call us back or follow up. So we were left with a piece of expensive software that did NOTHING for what was promised. And they insisted that we would have to continue to pay for the entire year despite the software not serving any function. Why would they want a company who's super unhappy with the products or services and find 0 value in this to continue to be forced to pay for a product or service that provides no value? Another company that over promises and under delivers. I wasn't going to write any review but since I called Amex and stopped all payments they decided to send me to collections over 10 months later. SLEEZY. Garbage customer service.

Not worth the money. Poor customer service, unable to calculate simple metrics, not connected to Google & Amazon. Deceptive advertising & when you try to cancel you are locked in for 1 year. Will not be renewing. I suspect the positive reviews are fake. Stay away!
