Spuštění nového e-shopu bývá občas jako skládání nábytku bez návodu. Naštěstí se mě ujal Adam z Centra podpory, který mi vše trpělivě vysvětlil, poradil a pomohl vyřešit zatím všechny mé komplikace se štítky pro dopravce. Díky jeho ochotě a rychlým reakcím jsem dnes nemusela podávat výpověď v práci . Ještě jednou děkuji za trpělivost.

A great app that perfectly meets all my needs for shipping to the EU. But what I really have to highlight is the support (Adam)!!! He helps immediately and resolves issues, which is crucial when you need to send packages. His willingness to address features that aren’t part of the app is also exceptional. For that alone, they deserve six stars.
Absolutely the most responsive support team of any app we use. They take care of everything quickly and reliably. If there’s an integration they don’t yet offer but we need it, I simply mention it to them and within just over a week it’s built. Excellent service and highly recommended.
